Platform Support

Our Managed Services Desk can act as a bridge between vendor support and internal IT channels. We provide technical infrastructure expertise ensuring isolation of CPM/EPM application issues and technical platform issues enabling fast time to resolution and minimal disruption to User Experience. Our team can also assist in upgrades and patching of older software releases.

Application Management

We provide vendor certified administrators to manage Business As Usual application availability for formalised reporting cycles.
