Critical Period Cover - giving you real peace of mind when you need it most

Critical Period Cover provides a safety blanket during key reporting cycles. A dedicated consultant is supplied on standby ready to step in to address system issues during critical periods e.g. month end, year end or budget cycles. We can assist remotely or deploy resources on-site. Customers can book specific time periods of cover, which may be outside normal support hours.

Our Application Management service offers an out-sourced alternative to in-house CPM applications administration.
